The General Sales Terms and Conditions are applicable to all offers, orders and agreements of Little Hedonist. Accepting an offer or placing an order means that the applicability of these conditions are accepted.
Little Hedonist believes it is very important that its customers are satisfied. If you have complaints about the products and/or services of Little Hedonist, please let us know. We request that you send your complaint within several days, by e-mail to email@example.com. We will, in consultation, do our very best to solve the problem as soon as possible.
Is the size not right or the colour not good? Then you can exchange your order – or a portion thereof. You need to notify your return for the purpose of exchange within 5 days after receiving the order through an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org. In the mail you need to specify which articles you wish to return, while specifying your order number. You can also indicate which article you would like to receive in return. You can send the package to Little Hedonist with a note attached and your order number. The postal charges are on your account in this case. Non-stamped returns are not accepted. We will send the new exchanged articles to you.
We do everything we can in order to supply you with a perfect product. But if you are nonetheless not satisfied, you can return these articles within 5 days after receiving the order. However, this is only possible if you have notified this to Little Hedonist in advance through e-mail, email@example.com, specifying your order number and your bank account number. Please also note the reason for the return, so that we can improve our products and service. The return address is:

Do not forget to stamp your shipment, since unstamped shipments will not be handled. Send a print of our confirmation of the order along with the return shipment. Your return will be confirmed by e-mail after registration and after receiving the return. As soon as we have received the return shipment in good condition, we will refund your payment (excluding shipping costs) within 5 working days to your bank account.

Articles which were purchased in the sales at a reduced price may NOT be exchanged or returned. The article to be returned should still carry labels and should be returned in its original package. If the articles are not in their original condition then they are of course not returnable.
As soon as an order has been placed and is paid, it can no longer be cancelled. This is because the orders are processed nearly always right away, to be able to realise a delivery time as short as possible. Of course the articles can be exchanged or returned after delivery.
Within the Netherlands
Orders within the Netherlands are received no later than 5 working days after your payment.
Europe and Other Countries
Packages are shipped standard in order to keep the postal charges lower. Expected shipping time within Europe is 4-7 working days and other countries: 8-12 working days. Of course, the above is an indication.
All orders are shipping by us through MyParcel/PostNL. For an order above 75 Euro in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany you do not pay shipping costs.
For the rest of Europe you do not pay shipping costs for an order over 175 Euro. Outside of Europe you do not pay shipping costs for an order over 275 Euro.
Payment of your purchases can be done through Ideal, Sofort, Bancontact/Mister Cash and Credit Card. At Little Hedonist your payment is safe through the payment system of Mollie. They guarantee that your transaction will be secure. As soon as the payment has arrived, the order will be processed by us right away and the standard delivery time through PostNL applies. Please note: orders from abroad can take a little longer.
